yeah, i'm doing some commercial art for a local magazine, the Philippine version of UK-native mag GamesMaster. used to be, the GamesMaster CodeGirl was a real live model; now, it's a character designed by yours truly. CodeGirl is copyright of GamesMaster Philippines and Summit Publishing.

pscs2 with a wacom intuos 3, around 8 hours. done almost three months ago; uploaded just now because it's finally in print.

I used to really like the look of that model; had a real sort of what-British-gamers-of-a-certain-age-wish-the-girl-next-door-was-like look about her. Don't suppose you know her real name or what happened to her? for a while I thought she might have been Julia from Gameface/The Blurb on British TV (Challenge channel), but I asked and no, unfortunatly. She appeared in a couple of issues with lots of fresh photos in various poses, but after that it just became the same, single, continous picture at the top of the page, then finally nothing at all. I do like your own replacement, though! veeery nice...
